Nicole F. Archambault
President & CEO
As President and Chief Executive Officer, Nicole Archambault is responsible for leading the new strategic direction of Health Loyalty. She has managed the day-to-day operations of the company for the past 20 years, helping it transition from entrepreneurial start-up to professional management. A seasoned industry executive, her career within the pharmaceutical industry includes a significant background in national and multi-national issues in finance, administration, and privacy. Prior to joining the firm, she held the positions of Vice-President, Finance & Administration and Vice-President, Corporate Development with one of the world's largest health information companies.
She holds an M.B.A. degree in International Business from the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario.
Director, Sales & Marketing
As Director of Sales and Marketing, Jerome oversees the company's promotional and business development efforts across North America. A seasoned industry executive, his 25-year life science career includes significant pharmaceutical sales and sales management experience, and an extensive marketing management background across a wide array of therapeutic classes. In addition to his experience on the pharmaceutical manufacturer side of the industry, Jerome also joined the organization with both relevant experience in the life science advertising agency business, and a strong background in the marketing and delivery of leading edge digital solutions for life science marketers.
He holds a B.A. (Psychology) from York University, and an M.B.A. from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
As Director of Operations, Véronique is responsible for the entire technology and service delivery process for Health Loyalty. Her responsibilities include leading the team onboarding new SaaS customers, ensuring that software configurations meet client needs, and that clients are fully supported in their use of our SaaS products. She also is responsible for the teams that deliver all of the back-office services related to those software products. She joined Health Loyalty with an extensive background in customer service, training and administration, and since joining our team, has held a number of roles of increasing responsibility in client services and sales, culminating with her appointment as Director of Operations in 2018.
She holds a bilingual B.A. in History from Glendon College at York University.
Manager, Information Technology
As Manager of Information Technology, Stuart led the team that developed the first versions of our SaaS products, as well as all of the software upgrades that have occurred since their respective launches. In addition, he oversees the team responsible for the configuration of customer instances, as well as the group responsible for both technology infrastructure and information security. He joined our firm with a significant background in information technology with a strong emphasis in software development and methodologies, most notably with a major multinational insurance company, and since joining our team has steadily increased the scope of his responsibilities, culminating in his appointment as Manager of Information Technology in 2022. Stuart is also the head of our AI Implementation Task Force, ensuring that the latest Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies are continuously integrated into our software platforms.
He holds a BTEC National diploma in Computer Studies from Norwich City College in the United Kingdom, and is a Six Sigma Certified Yellow Belt Practitioner.
In her role as Manager of Operations, Barbara oversees the day-to-day activities of our offices and distribution center. She joined our firm with a significant background in the healthcare field, and since joining our team, has held a number of roles of increasing responsibility in production planning. Client support, and operations, culminating with her appointment as Manager, Operations in 2022.
She holds a diploma as a Phlebotomy Technician and Medical Laboratory Technician from the Robetech Institute and is certified under the Ontario Society of Medical Technologists.
As Manager of Distribution, Richard oversees the day-to-day operations of our GMP distribution center, as well as manages the company's back-office services related to fulfillment. He joined our firm with a significant background in logistics and distribution, and since joining our team, has held a number of roles within our operations group, culminating with his appointment as Manager, Distribution in 2022.
He holds a B.Sc. in Business Management from De La Salle University.
As Manager of Finance, Snow is responsible for the finance and accounting functions of Health Loyalty, and oversees our back-office services related to client payment, co-pay, and reimbursement projects. She joined the organization with extensive experience in finance, having served as both an accountant and as a controller within manufacturing and marketing agency, and since joining the firm, has steadily increased her scope of responsibilities, culminating in her appointment as Manager of Finance in 2022.
She holds a Bachelor of Computer Engineering from Zhengzhou University and a B.Comm. in Accountancy from Concordia University. She is also a designated CPA and CGA.
Manager, Client Support
In her role as Manager, Client Support, Catherine directs the customer service team responsible for supporting our technology users, and ensures that we offer them the very best in service-excellence. She joined Health Loyalty with a background in both science and customer service, and since joining our team, has held a number of roles within our client services and support teams, culminating with her appointment as Manager, Client Support in 2022.
She holds a B.Sc. in Psychology from Concordia University.
